HERO XTREME 160R BS6
Hero Motocorp Finally decided to launched XTREME 160R in July 2020 with programmed FI Engine. Hero motocorp first decided to lunch in April 2020. But due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it's delayed and finally has launched on July 20. There are two variants available in Xtreme 160R The first is the front disc and rear drum with a single ABS channel at Rs. 99,950 and the other is at Rs. 1,03,500 with both rear and a front disc with a single ABS channel. In Xtreme 160R you get 163cc single cylinder 2- valve SOHC with an air-cooled FI(fuel injection) engine which fulfills the emission standards Bharat stage 6. It produces 15 BHP @8500 rpm of maximum power and 14 Nm peak torque @6500 rpm. You get a 276 mm disc brake in front with ABS (anti-lock braking system) technology and 220 mm disc brake in the rear. Which gives more effective braking experience and protection to skidding. The diameter of the front tyre is 100/80-17 52 (tubeless tyre) and the diameter of the rear tyre is 130/70 R17 62 p(Radial). The hero Xtreme 160R is a very comfortable bike. the diamond type chassis used in Xtreme 160R with 37 mm dia telescopic with anti-friction bush suspension in the front and the rear 7-step adjustable rectangular swingarm with mono-shock suspension. The Kerb weight of the vehicle is 139.5 kg.
